The Property

A farm villa, 15 minutes off the highway.

We are a three-villa retreat in Sirawan, Toril - a 15 to 20-minute drive from Task Force Sirawan, on a road that gets narrow and slightly bumpy as you get close. That's part of why guests come: it's far enough to feel away, close enough to reach by lunch.

Each villa is rented one party at a time. No shared corridors, no other guests at the pool. Villa 1 sleeps two on a king bed (up to five with extra beds). Villa 2 sleeps four across two double beds (up to six). Both look out onto the infinity pool and the coconut trees behind it.

We're a small team. We get the villa cleaned and ready before you arrive at 2 PM, leave welcome drinks for you, and serve breakfast in the morning. If you cook, the kitchen is open. If you want to grill or light the bonfire, we've got the space - bonfire is good until 11 PM.

The vibe

Villa D'Eliz is designed as a peaceful sanctuary - ideal for retreat, staycation, and intimate gatherings. Our priority is preserving the calm, restful experience that makes it special.

Quiet time - 10:00 PM

Per Davao City Ordinance:

  • No loud music, parties, or videoke after 10 PM
  • Big speakers / sound systems not allowed
  • Villa speakers OK for events until 10 PM
  • Voices kept low outdoors after 10 PM
  • Band performances not allowed

Pool hours

6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (daily maintenance for cleanliness + safety). Extendable to 11:00 PM if noise stays low.

Location notes

  • 3 km from highway, fully cemented road
  • 6 km from Gaisano Mall Toril
  • Accessible to all vehicles, 4-5 cars fit on-property

Transparency note

A piggery sits ~700 meters away. Occasionally, depending on weather + wind, odor may drift through. It comes and goes - not daily, not constant. If it happens, stay indoors briefly, light our scented candles, or request a bonfire setup. We are sorry, this is beyond our control.

Reservation policy

Bring with you

  • Towels, toiletries, food
  • Eating utensils for 15 - bring extra if more
  • Clean as you go (wash dishes, dispose waste)

How to get here

Purok 7B, Sirawan, Toril, Davao City.

We're 15 to 20 minutes from Task Force Sirawan, in the Northern Binugao part of Toril. Coming from Davao City proper, take the highway south, look for the Sirawan turn-off, and follow our pin.

Heads up: the road narrows and gets slightly bumpy as you get close. It's manageable in most cars - just drive slow on the last stretch and you're good.
